فلافل (Falafell) مساعد على واتساب بيسجّل مصاريفك ومهامك وأفكارك في Notion الخاص بك. بنحترم خصوصيتك، والصفحة دي بتشرح إيه اللي بنجمعه وليه.

البيانات اللي بنجمعها
- رقم واتساب والاسم الظاهر في ملفك الشخصي، ومعرّف المستخدم اللي بتديه لنا ميتا.
- الرسائل اللي بتبعتها للبوت: نصوص، رسائل صوتية، صور فواتير، وطلبات التقارير، وتوقيت الرسائل وحالتها.
- لما تربط Notion: رمز وصول (token) للصفحات اللي إنت بتختارها بس، وبيانات قواعد البيانات اللي بنكتب فيها.
- المصاريف والمهام والأفكار اللي بتطلب تسجيلها.
إزاي بنستخدمها
- نفهم رسالتك ونسجّل المصروف أو المهمة أو الفكرة في Notion بتاعك.
- نطلع تقارير PDF ونبعتها لك على واتساب.
- نحمي الخدمة من الاستخدام الغلط ونصلّح الأخطاء.
مبنبيعش بياناتك ولا بنستخدمها في إعلانات.
الجهات اللي بتعالج البيانات معانا
- Meta (واتساب Cloud API) لاستقبال وإرسال الرسائل.
- Google (Gemini) لفهم الرسائل والصوت والصور.
- Supabase لتخزين سجلات الخدمة.
- Notion لحفظ بياناتك في حسابك.
- PDFShift لتحويل التقارير إلى ملفات PDF.
- سيرفر n8n الخاص بنا لتشغيل الخدمة.
مدة الاحتفاظ
بنحتفظ ببياناتك طول ما إنت مستخدم للخدمة، وبنحذفها لما تطلب. بيانات Notion بتفضل في حسابك إنت.
حقوقك وحذف البيانات
- تقدر تفصل ربط Notion في أي وقت من إعدادات Notion (Connections).
- تقدر تطلب نسخة من بياناتك أو حذفها كلها بإيميل لـ support@falafell.app مع رقم واتساب بتاعك، وهننفذ الطلب خلال 30 يوم.
الأمان
بنستخدم اتصالات مشفّرة (HTTPS) وبنقصر الوصول للبيانات على اللي محتاجه لتشغيل الخدمة، لكن مفيش نظام آمن 100%.
الأطفال
الخدمة مش موجّهة لأقل من 18 سنة.
التحديثات
ممكن نحدّث السياسة، وهنغيّر تاريخ آخر تحديث أعلى الصفحة.
Privacy Policy

Falafell is a WhatsApp assistant that logs your expenses, tasks and ideas into your own Notion workspace. This page explains what we collect and why.
Who is responsible
The service is operated by Mohamed Heseen as an individual developer. Contact: support@falafell.app.
Data we collect
- Your WhatsApp number, profile display name and the user identifier provided by Meta.
- Messages you send to the bot: text, voice notes, invoice photos and report requests, plus message timestamps and delivery status.
- When you connect Notion: an access token limited to the pages you choose, and the databases we write to.
- The expenses, tasks and ideas you ask us to record.
How we use it
- To understand your message and record the expense, task or idea in your Notion.
- To generate PDF reports and send them to you on WhatsApp.
- To prevent abuse and fix errors.
We do not sell your data and do not use it for advertising.
Service providers
- Meta (WhatsApp Cloud API) to receive and send messages.
- Google (Gemini) to interpret text, audio and images.
- Supabase to store service records.
- Notion to save your data in your own account.
- PDFShift to convert reports into PDF files.
- Our self-hosted n8n server to run the service.
Retention
We keep your data while you use the service and delete it when you ask. Data stored in Notion stays in your own account.
Your rights and data deletion
- You can disconnect Notion at any time from Notion settings (Connections).
- You can request a copy or full deletion of your data by emailing support@falafell.app with your WhatsApp number. We will act within 30 days.
Security
We use encrypted connections (HTTPS) and limit access to what is needed to run the service. No system is 100% secure.
Children
The service is not directed to anyone under 18.
Changes
We may update this policy and will change the date at the top of the page.
